Brand new 36 x 100 custom built silver stream shelter , this building was ordered to go in at a diamond mine and is custom spaced at 10 oc with a 14 ounce elite series white tarp , if has a 65 lb snow load and 108 mile per hour wind load , upon its completion the diamond mine lost its lease, this building cost $27000 for them to puchase and has been put on unserved public auction to be sold to the highest bidder , 14 ounce elite series fabric carry’s a 20 year warranty , the building is brand new never installed and comes with rafters , purlins , end brace , bolts , winches and tie down pipe as well as a high tension kit , fob neche nd or freight will be included to your door for no more then $1300 this building has twice as many frame trusses as any fabric building on the market , the Elite series 14 ounce cover is over 30 percent more money then a standard 12.5 ounce tarp , there’s a lot of shelter for the money in this one , hope you get a great deal and happy bidding !
